Features

Once in a very long while, a true original comes to fruition. Pomaria is just that. It’s an inspired tower of large, open homes and lush sky gardens. And it’s just steps from the restaurants, markets and outdoor life of False Creek and English Bay.

Pomaria is a home that’s unlike others. And that’s largely because it isn’t a mass-produced product. It’s a carefully crafted home from people who take the time to nurture the growth and development of each step along the way. And the result is not just a unique home, it’s a well built home whose benchmark is whether the architect, builder or developer would want to live there themselves. If it doesn’t meet this criteria, it isn’t a Qualex-Landmark original.
